King Fahd International Stadium is undergoing a comprehensive renovation positioning it at the forefront of modern stadium design and sustainability in the region.

The refurbishment includes upgraded spectator seating, a state-of-the-art roof system, new energy-efficient cooling and electrical installations, and significantly enhanced VIP and public facilities across multiple tiers.

Conserve facilitated Construction Stage LEED v4 BD+C Gold certification alongside MOSTADAM compliance documentation.

Our scope addressed the complex sustainability requirements of a live renovation project – including construction indoor air quality management, sustainable material submittals for new and refurbished elements, energy systems verification, and commissioning of all upgraded MEP systems.

Monthly compliance reporting and GBCI submission management were delivered throughout the construction.
