Conserve has been appointed by client to facilitate Construction stage LEED and MOSTADAM Certification Documentation for the project. The stadium renovation includes upgraded seating bowls, state-of-the-art roof, new energy-efficient cooling and electrical systems, and enhanced spectator facilities across multiple tiers and VIP areas. Each level supports specific functions, from player facilities, operations, and media zones to VIP lounges, suites, and public concourses, with dedicated plant and service areas.
